What are the opening times?

Celsus Business Center is always accessible to clients with private offices or dedicated desks (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays).

The opening hours, 9am to 6pm, indicate when the Business Center is open for Externals and when the Community Manager is on-site for a tour, receiving external clients for the meeting room, or processing requests.

What is a serviced-office? How is it different from a traditional office?

A serviced office is a furnished and fully functional office facility that accommodates multiple companies of different sizes and provides administrative services, modern office equipment, and conference / meeting facilities on demand. At Vatika Business Centre you have access to:

What is the size of the meeting room, how many people can it fit?

The size of the meeting room can vary according to the needs of each customer; however, up to 12 people can be seated at the spacious conference table.

Can I deliver parcels to Celsus Business Center?

We are happy to accept parcels for you on the normal scale. If you want to receive many or large packages, please contact the Reception first.

What forms of payment are possible?

With us you can pay by debit card, credit card, bank transfer or cash.

Do I need to supply my own office equipment?

Celsus Business Center is equipped with everything you need. We have contemporary office furniture, the fastest Internet connection on the island, fully staffed reception areas and documentation support facilities.

How does the booking of the conference room work? Can external parties book the room?

The meeting rooms and conference rooms can be booked by tenants as well as external parties at any time through the app “Apsiyon”. The appointments are managed via the application.

Are long-term contracts possible?

Long-term contracts with terms are possible with us, depending on the length of this term, there are even discounts possible.

Are there bigger offices for big teams?

Of course! With office spaces ranging from 32 m2 to 435 m2, integrated facilities and services on offer, Celsus Business Center allows you to focus on your work while we take care of the rest.

Are there telephone connection possibilities?

For an extra fee, we can arrange a personal landline number for you.

What are the standard hours of the meeting rooms?

Our standard hours are 9:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M, Monday to Saturday. But we are happy to discuss events outside of these times as well.

Is catering available when I book a meeting room?

Yes, whether you choose a standard meeting room or a conference room, catering is available as an additional pay-as-you-use service. We'll handle the ordering and delivery to your meeting room so you can focus on your meeting.

Is there any benefit in being a frequent Celsus’ meeting room customer?

Everyone can benefit from a Celsus' meeting room. Ask about special discounts for multiple meeting room bookings.
